Our Firm handles individual, class and collective actions and provides advice and counseling in all practice areas listed under a myriad of labor and employment laws. We represent individuals, agencies and businesses across a variety of industries and sectors in litigation, transactions related to staffing and other employment related contracts, and in claims relating, but not limited to discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, safe workplace, restrictive covenant enforcement and defense, wage and hour, employment classification, WARN, and harassment.

The Firm also provides advice and counsel related to compensation, employment agreements, employment and labor law compliance, retaliation and wrongful discharge claims, policies and procedures, and other areas of state and federal labor and employment law.

Our Firm also provides Federal Sector EEO services to individuals and agencies from all stages of the pre-agency final decision (i.e., EEO counseling, mediations, investigations, and settlement agreements) up to and through appealing a final agency decision to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), and U.S. District Court.

Our attorneys are experienced internal investigators and advisors on risk prevention and mitigation strategies. We conduct workplace reviews and assessments for the identification and management of legal risks which could be the impetus for claims filed and adverse findings and develop remedial measures to manage such risks.
